“Unfortunately, we had to cancel the evening cruise. I received a text from the company stating they had technical difficulties and had to reschedule the time of the cruise. We were unable to make the new time and although the time limit for reimbursement had passed, we did receive a credit for the missed cruise. We had been on the same cruise the day before in the afternoon and it was wonderful so I'm sure the evening cruise would have been the same. Out of all the things we did and saw while in Amsterdam the canal cruise was the best. I would definitely recommend it.”
